Don’t worry: We have our top jewellery style tips for helping you look your best. World of Hearts aims to provide high quality products that are true to the heart. You will find jewelry, clothing, accessories, or decorative objects that suit your style, no matter what it is.

CREATE LAYERS WITH RINGS, NECKLACES OU BANGLES

Start with something lighthearted. You can experiment with different lengths, shapes and textures to create appealing layers of rings, necklaces, bracelets, and sometimes even earrings.

Layering necklaces can be done by choosing different lengths to draw your eye to your face. You can often find a variety of shapes, colours, and textures that work well. This guide will help you determine the length and style of your necklace.

You can create an arm party using bangles or bracelets. Each piece will flash and jangle while you move. You can stack rings in many interesting ways. Take a look at our cocktail rings and stacking rings to get some ideas.

If you have multiple ear piercings, or wish to wear a variety of earrings, you can experiment with different styles. You can also check out our stud earrings and our dangle and drop earrings.

KNOW WHEN YOU SHOULD STOP

You all know the truth: sometimes, too much can be, well, excessive.

Perhaps a statement necklace or layered necklace is drawing attention to your neckline and face.

If you are wearing bold earrings, your necklace may need to be subtler or not at all. On the other hand, matching earrings can work well with bold earrings.

CONSIDER YOUR EEARRINGS

Aren’t earrings easy to forget?

Your earrings can be seen by anyone looking at you. It is important to find earrings that frame your face, complement your hair colour and skin tone.

A great tip for long hair is to choose a colour or metal finish that is more visible depending on the colour of your hair.

DON’T FORGET TO CHANGE YOUR EARRINGS

This is something I have done myself. It can be easy to keep the same pair of earrings for several weeks if your ears are pierced. You might even be unable to change them.

It’s a great way of adding style and interest to your everyday look by changing your earrings. You can also clean your favorite earrings!

Simple changes can be made to your appearance by simply wearing small stud earrings every day. You can also add sparkle and movement to your look with dangle earrings depending on what you wear.

To find the pieces you haven’t worn in a while, it is a good idea to go through your jewelry collection. If you find a pair of earrings that catch your eye, you can purchase them. This will give your collection some variety and add interest.

EXPERIMENT – MIXING METALS

Mixing different metal colours was once considered a fashion sin. I don’t know why, but I do love them all.

However, that is no longer true, according to fashion police. There’s no reason to wear all silver jewellery or all gold jewellery.

Think about necklaces with pendants that contrast with the chain colour, rings that combine metal colours, layered necklaces, or bangles made from different metals. These will add colour and interest to your outfit.

In recent years, mixing metals has been a favorite thing to do in jewellery design. You’ll find many pieces in our online shop that have mixed metal colours such as silver pendants with gold settings.

ACCESSORISE FOR COMPLEMENTING YOUR CLOTHING

It sounds simple enough, doesn’t it? It doesn’t always work out, but I know it.

Before you begin dressing, think about the item that you would most like to wear to where you are going.

Sometimes you might choose to wear a particular piece of jewellery on an outing. In that case, you will need to pick your clothes and accessories. You might choose the outfit first, then match the accessories and jewellery to it.

Both options work. You will look elegant and put together if you have spent time perfecting the combination.

CHOOSE THE FOCUS OF YOUR ALL-OVER OUTFIT

Another decision you need to make when getting dressed is: What do you want to be the focal point of your outfit?

With the right accessories and jewellery, even a simple outfit can look extraordinary. For a more sophisticated look, you can mix and match jewellery to create a unique look.

If you are wearing bold clothes, it is a good idea for highlights to be accentuated with smaller, more subtle pieces of jewellery.

It is best to decide what works for you and then go with it. You should dress as you are so that you feel confident and comfortable.

CHOOSE THE FOCAL POINT TO USE FOR YOUR JEWELLERY

If you are dressing up for something unique, where do you want the gaze of others to go?

Wearing jewellery meant to catch the eye is a good idea. Focus your attention on the one area of your body that you are trying to attract attention, such as the neck, ears, or hands.

Consider changing your necklace to a more subtle ring or earrings if it’s too bold. You might even want to get rid of them all.

Find the focal point and ensure that accessories and clothing don’t distract from it.

EXPERIMENTING CAN EXTEND YOUR WARDROBE

It can be fun to do this whenever you have some spare time.

Put on a basic outfit, and then try it on in front of the mirror. Add different pieces of jewellery or other accessories. You can experiment with different combinations of jewellery that you may not be accustomed to pairing together and add accessories such as scarves, bags, or watches.

You can start with one focal point, such as a statement piece. Then, you can mix, match, stack, layer, and layer. Continue to experiment with different focal points and combinations.

It’s amazing what you can do to change the look of a simple outfit. You can change your look by switching to a different outfit.

Consider the types of jewelry that will add depth and interest to your wardrobe if you don’t own a lot of jewels or have a limited collection.

Do not be a slave to the latest trends

We all know someone who is a fashion slave. Fashion trends can influence our fashion choices to a certain extent. This is okay. It’s not a good idea, however, to follow trends at the expense your personal taste and personality. You will end up losing your identity. It’s very expensive, too!

Instead, find your style and make it your own. It might not be fashionable right now, or in the future, but I know that if you are comfortable with it, you will be fine.

Consider your style and colour when choosing jewellery. When you are choosing accessories, take all of these factors into consideration.

Don’t forget about your personality. We’re all unique and you should let your personality shine through in the jewellery you choose as well as in how you present yourself.

WEAR RINGS WITH PANACHE

According to an old nursery rhyme, wearing rings (and bells on toes) on your fingers means that you will have music everywhere you go. True story.

Stacking rings are a great way to add versatility to your wardrobe. You can mix and match them to create a completely different look every day. For a minimalist look, you can wear one or two stacking rings.

You can pair a couple of matching rings together or choose a mix of colours, textures, and gemstones.

Multiple rings can be confusing. It is best to have one cocktail ring per hand. It’s okay to wear a variety of rings on each hand.

Why not just break the rules? They’re there for that purpose after all!

MATCH YOUR NECKLACE WITH YOUR NECKLINE

Your necklace or pendant shouldn’t be hidden underneath clothing unless it is a special piece of sentimental value. It should complement your outfit.

A pendant that sits in the V of your cleavage, for example, will look great with a low-necked dress. Long necklaces look great with crew-necked or higher-necked clothes. With a scoop neckline or another rounded shape, a rounded necklace looks great.
